The intervention involves two houses for the same family, which share the exterior and complementary spaces. The project seeks to strike a balance between shared spaces and the necessary creation of privacy for each home. The houses have a central outdoor space, where the swimming pool is located, and a third, smaller building that supports all the outdoor recreational activities. The relationship between the three volumes is the most striking element of the project, and the intention to affirm the intervention as a whole is visible. The site is characterized by its rurality, with scattered buildings, close to the street, and small in scale. These characteristics are reflected in the project, bringing the houses closer to the street, defining a small-scale, single-storey building front, increasing the volume to two floors in a more recessed position. The relationship with the public domain is characterized by the search for privacy, with occasional openings. The relationship with the land is characterized by generous glazing and covered outdoor areas, which allow the desired fluidity between inside and out.
